- Orders placed after cut-off time will be ready the next pick-up window

Payment Options:
Pay in Store
Please provide us with a credit/debit card and a valid ID when your come to pick up your order.
Pay ZELLE
Please call Customer Service at (888) 683-7306 or send us a Live Chat to process payment with a card on ZELLE.
- For orders over $300, customers MUST submit a CCA form (https://www.mengtor.com/images/CREDIT-CARD-AUTHORIZA-TION-FORM.pdf) with government ID to info@mengtor.com in order to process the payment.
- If your store is based in CA, please also submit a copy of your sellers permit with the CCA form and a form of government ID.

Where does Mengtor offer local pickup?
Mengtor lists five Southern California pickup areas: Rowland Heights, Rosemead, LA Downtown / USC Downtown, Ontario and Placentia. Use the pickup page and your order notification for current instructions.
What happens if I order after the pickup cutoff?
The pickup page states that orders placed after the cutoff will be ready for the next pickup window. Confirm the applicable cutoff and next pickup window for your selected location.
How do I get the exact pickup address?
Follow your order notification or contact Mengtor customer service for the pickup instructions. Private warehouse addresses are not published here. Confirm your designated pickup point and that your order is ready before traveling.
