Important Notes

●Orders placed after cut-off time will be ready next business day

●Orders are held for up to 2 business days

●Pick-up hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Most locations)

●❗ Rosemead is closed on Sundays

Pay in Store

Please provide us with a credit/debit card and a valid ID when your come to pick up your order.

Pay ZELLE

Please call Customer Service at (888) 683-7306 or send us a Live Chat to process payment with a card on ZELLE.

-For orders over $300, customers MUST submit a CCA form (https://www.mengtor.com/images/CREDIT-CARD-AUTHORIZA-TION-FORM.pdf)   with government ID to info@mengtor.com in order to process the payment.

-If your store is based in CA, please also submit a copy of your sellers permit with the CCA form and a form of government ID.
