Items marked "Only Ground Shipping" (including batteries, electronics with built-in batteries and accessories) on our website will be shipped via Ground Shipping for the orders.
Mengtor is not responsible for the delivery times of Products. Once Products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by Mengtor (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. Mengtor shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
Our flat-rate shipping offer applies to the majority of U.S. addresses. However, FedEx and UPS apply an additional Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) to select ZIP codes designated as Extended or Remote. In these cases, the actual shipping charge displayed at checkout will reflect the surcharge and may differ from our standard flat rate.

Mainland
1. Does Mengtor offer free shipping within the mainland US?Yes. Mengtor lists free FedEx Ground and UPS Ground shipping for qualifying orders of $400 or more, with a lower threshold of $200 for California deliveries. Expedited services have separate free-shipping thresholds shown in the table above.
2. How quickly can I receive my order?Ground shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days, while eligible expedited options include 2-business-day and overnight delivery. Check the cutoff for your selected service before ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Can batteries and other ground-only products ship overnight?Items labeled “Only Ground Shipping,” including certain batteries, electronics, and accessories, must travel by ground and cannot use overnight or other air services. If your order combines ground-only items with parts you need urgently, contact Mengtor before ordering to discuss shipping options.
